Vibrating screening machine

Vibrating screening machine is mainly used for screening of fine particles, fine and fine powder materials in abrasives, building materials, food, chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, tree finger powder, ceramic raw materials and other industries. Suitable for any dry screening of water less than 7%, particle size 0.74-10mm, non-sticky material. When the vibrating screen machine works, it mainly relies on the exciting force generated by the vibrating motor to make the material move linearly along the parabolic trajectory on the screen. These are also called linear screens.

Working principle

The material on the sieve surface is moved to the discharge end at a certain speed, and the material is simultaneously sieved. The shaking screen has higher productivity and screening efficiency than the above sieves.
